Before Enrollment
At Learninking, we offer home-grown (researched and tailored) training programs contextualized to our African needs in response to emerging global development trends. We create, promote and foster individual and organizational effectiveness by developing and offering an array of innovative and diverse programs to help you excel at work and in every sphere of life. We invest a lot in in-depth research for each study topic and regularly updating our courses thus making us a preferred training partner by many organizations globally.
Each Course is broken down into Lessons, topics and Lectures. The Lectures containing the actual study material delivered through Videos, Audios, Text Notes, diagrams, study scenarios and so on. Depending on the course taken, you will have skills check quiz at the end of the topics, lessons or entire course.
Our Courses are intentionally designed to address specific needs of each prospective learner. To choose a course that really fits you, it’s important to analyze your critical skills gap and then look up our course categories on what works best for your current learning needs.
Yes, we have made it possible for you to see course outline details before enrolment. We have also provided a preview video for each course to give you an insight of what to expect when you take that course.
After selecting the Course you are interesting in taking, you will then click the “Enroll” button which will lead you to the payment options for the paid courses or get you enrolled for the free course. The payment steps are quite simple to follow after which you will be automatically enrolled for that particular course. More details will be sent to your email for enrollment support.
After enrollment, Learners MUST click the “Start Course” Button to get started with the course. You cannot take lectures or view course study material before clicking the “Start Course Button”. After Each Lecture, you will have to click the “Mark Complete” Button to move on to the next continuously navigating through the topics and lessons until the last one. After completing the last lecture and respective quizzes, you will be awarded a participation VERIFIED Certificate and that marks the completion of the course.
To Create a Learner Account, either click “Register” or “Enroll Now” which appear on the top right corner of the Home Page and complete the registration form. After verifying your email address, your Learner Account will be created immediately and ready for use.
After Enrollment
We have a variety of resources depending on the course taken and these include; Written Training Manuals, Video Series, Audios, Live Webinars, Slide-Decks, In Person-Training and Blended Learning Approaches.
Our instructors are readily available to offer learner support as and when you need it. You can also make most of the course study forums to join discussions, ask questions, share knowledge and network with other learners. We also have a full time Learning Support Department, LSD to respond to learner needs as and when they arise. Learner satisfaction is one of our major professional goals.
Each learner is given a specific time in which to complete a course from the start date. This duration varies from course to course. Many of our learners are full time employees who need extra hours after work to complete their courses. We provide ample time in consideration of busy working schedules allowing all learners to complete their courses on time.
